This is wild!! I’ll be super brief because it’s mind blowing that people still do this!! ”December is quiet.” ”This is the slow season” ”Everyone’s slow… no one transacts this time of year” This has been the buzz since I became an agent in 2006… and i just took it at face value. I’m like, oh ok, I’m suppose to burn my commissions this season and i’ll turn it back on in the new year.

Without getting too deep in the weeds, one of our agents DOUBLED her database in the month of December. With NEW, HOT customers, who wanted to see houses.
She added 20 NEW customers! in DECEMBER!
