So… It’s been ONE-WEEK since the new MLS compensation & policy changes took place in the real estate world.
And I don’t want to sound too harsh when I say this… but did like, did no one think these changes were going to happen or something?
Why does it seem like almost everyone is very unaware about what is allowed and what is not?
We’ve been discussing these changes for almost a full 4 months now, internally.
We’ve been using our new agreements for 1 full month.
Why has nobody prepared these other agents for this?
Who is letting them walk this minefield of $1,000 fines completely blindfolded?
I’ve never felt happier for our agents! They are ABSOLUTELY FLYING! It’s as though these changes have had ZERO.. I mean ZERO effect on their production!
In just this first week, we’ve had over 100 buyer broker agreements signed and over 400 showing agreements signed.
HUGE SHOUT OUT TO SIGNTOSHOW.COM for making this part EASY!!!
That is an insane number that I have been wanting to know for almost a year now!!
“How will we do?”
And what's more… they said that it’s making their conversations with their customers that much more impactful. They said their customers are super appreciative of them walking them through new changes and having them by their side during this changing process.
I think that’s what makes me the most proud is not only have they learned how to handle and overcome this hurdle…
But they have learned to use it as an advantage and have a stronger relationship with their customers!
So, one week into this new way, I’m thankful and proud of our leadership and I’m thankful and proud of our agents!
Are you thriving with the changes? or are you trying to work around it? So far, the early adopters seem to be welcoming it!
Let me know how we can help! Every agent deserves support and guidance!
